Unless otherwise stated, Agentmoves owns all copyright and data rights in the service and its contents. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or prepare derivative works without written consent from Agentmoves or the appropriate owner.
Agentmoves does not claim ownership of your uploaded content ("Your Content"). You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to the materials you submit.
Agentmoves respects intellectual property rights and may remove content or terminate accounts for infringement. To submit a claim please contact us.
Notifications must include all required elements under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3).
All brand names, logos, and product names are proprietary to Agentmoves or third parties. No license or right to use them is granted by this website.
Your use of the service is subject to our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms.
You may not disrupt the service, provide false information, attempt to hide your identity, or submit content you do not have rights to. Agentmoves does not endorse third-party content.
You agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct, data export, and content.
Agentmoves may remove content, terminate accounts, or discontinue services at any time, without notice, for violations or inactivity. Paid accounts terminated for violations are not eligible for refunds.
Credits purchased through Agentmoves are non-refundable and expire 12 months after purchase. Agentmoves may deactivate accounts inactive for 24 months and delete stored data.
Free trials begin immediately upon registration and convert to paid plans unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Monthly subscriptions require 3 days' cancellation notice. Annual plans require 10 days' notice. Refunds are not provided for partial periods. Agentmoves may charge a cancellation fee equal to the value of discounted periods.
You agree to indemnify and hold Agentmoves harmless against claims arising from your content, use of the service, or violation of these Terms.
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Agentmoves may modify or discontinue services without notice or liability.
Agentmoves is not responsible for third-party websites, content, or losses resulting from their use.
Third-party software provided through the service is subject to each provider's own terms. Agentmoves provides no warranties for such software.
AGENTMOVES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
Agentmoves is not liable for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive) arising from use of the service. In no event shall liability exceed the amounts you paid to Agentmoves.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Agentmoves. Utah law governs all disputes, which must be resolved in Salt Lake County courts unless arbitration is required.
Agentmoves is committed to robust data protection and complies with GDPR and HIPAA-aligned security standards when applicable.
User-uploaded data remains the sole property of the account holder. Agentmoves does not sell or rent customer data.
We employ encryption, access controls, and risk assessments to protect personal data.
We provide tools for GDPR compliance and operate under HIPAA-aligned security protocols when handling PHI, though Agentmoves is not a covered entity.
